the advantage console always had over pc was the fact that games couldnt be patched – the disc that got shipped had to be the final version. unfortunately this is the end result of developers realising they don’t need to ship finished products anymore.

I guess EA dropped the ball on this one. I’ve enjoyed Shift a fair amount so far and thankfully haven’t experienced any bugs so it’s surprised me just to see how many are cropping up.
