First Ever Japanese ‘Cam’ Uploader Arrested By Police
Japanese police have arrested a man for uploading a ‘cammed’ movie to the Internet. According to an anti-piracy group, this is the first time anyone has been arrested for uploading a movie recorded in a Japanese cinema.
Yoshitaka Miyatake, a 37-year-old from Sakai, Osaka Prefecture, was arrested by Kyoto prefectural police.
He is accused of uploading the Japanese movie “Crows Zero II” between May 15th and May 21st via ‘Share’ – an application created as a successor to the infamous and highly popular Winny.
At the time the movie was still playing in theaters and according to the police, the copy distributed by Miyatake was recorded at a cinema in Aichi Prefecture.
The Japan Video Software Association says that this is the first ever arrest of someone accused of distributing a movie recorded in a Japanese cinema.

Winny (also known as WinNY) “which keep user identities untraceable.”
Wow, first ever bust of a jap caammer. That’s history right there.
Technically, the incident suggests a major security flaw in Share. According to Wikipedia, in May 2008 two persons were arrested for using Share to share anime. In November 2008, another male Share user was arrested in Japan for illegally uploading Japanese TV drama with Share. On 12 February 2009, the first two male Share users were caught for uploading Child pornography with Share.
And now another arrest connected to Share.

I think the 15 cameras around his neck would have been a dead giveaway
