It's time for the immature industry cry-babies to stop trying to con us into believing that a lie (file sharing is a crime) is the truth. I know that this propaganda is in the main directed toward those masses who don't have time to figure out the real potentials for culture and new ethics (no disrespect to them) but if they really think it's gonna fool the ones WHO ARE REALLY DRIVING THE FUTURE OF COLLABORATIVE DEMOCRACY THEY ARE MISTAKEN! Had it not been for piracy, many (including myself) would have not ever purchased many items (data as in software, movies, & books) because we would have never heard of them. The only way we were aware of their existence is that we seen them on a p2p network or p2p site & then checked it out & perhaps later depending on if we liked the item, went on to support the development of it.
